We want you and your pet to be happy with your BrushEase order. If something is not right, contact us at chanuthsanviru@gmail.com and include your order number, the item, and a short description of the issue.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are shopping from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To start a withdrawal or return request, email us within 14 days of delivery.

Return condition

Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene and pet safety reasons, opened or used grooming, feeding, and pet-care items may not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions for your order. If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we will help resolve the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
